Better Made Pancakes (Makes 8-10)
- 1 1/2 cup crushed Better Made Krinkle cut chips
- 3 medium eggs mixed
- 1 chopped scallion onion
- 1 ounce of milk
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Stir until the chips are saturated. Heat griddle with olive oil. Use a large spoon to drop medium sized amounts. Brown and served hot. Tastes good with applesauce.

Potato Chip Cookies
- 1 Cup crushed Better Made Potato chips
- 1 Cup white sugar
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 1 Cup shortening or butter
- 2 Cups flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tsp. baking soda
- 1 Tsp. salt
Cream together eggs and shortening add crushed potato chips, white sugar, brown sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.

Lo Carb Spice Cookies
- 5 oz Better Made plain pork rinds, finely ground
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1/2 cup brown sugar twin
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup finely chopped toasted almonds
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the dry ingredients until blended. In separate bowl, beat vanilla, sour cream and eggs together. Stir into pork ring mixture until blended. Drop rounded tablespoon balls parchment lined baking sheets, approximately 2 inches apart. Flatten with back of spoon. Bake 10-15 min. or until lightly brown. Cool on baking sheet before transferring to serving plate.

Potato Chip Butterscotch Cookies (Makes 8 dozen)
- 1 Cup butter
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 1 Cup sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup nuts
- 2 Cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tsp baking soda
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- 2 Cups crushed Better Made potato chips
- 1 Pkg butterscotch morsels
Cream butter, eggs sugar and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Drop teaspoons of dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mouth -Watering Potato Chip Cookies (Makes 5 dozen)
- 5 cups crushed Better Made potato chips (measure after crushing)
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Combine the first six ingredients and mix
well. Sift together the flour and baking powder, add to Better Made
potato chip mixture and mix well. Stir in peanuts. Drop mixture by
teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet, allowing space for cookies to
spread. Bake 10-15 minutes (or until lightly browned).

NIPPY CHIP DIP
- 1 pint sour cream
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 3-4 tbsp. grated horseradish
- ¾ cup apple sauce
Mix all ingredients. Chill for several hours to blend flavors. Serve
with Better Made potato chips for dipping.
