Better Made Taco Chip Stick  (TCS) Chili Salad

• 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 pound sharp Cheddar, diced
• 1 large onion, diced
• 1 Large package of Shredded lettuce or iceberg lettuce, washed, drained and than shredded
• 1 pound lean ground beef laura lean or ground turkey, browned, crumbled and drained
• 1 medium can of Brooks Chili mix (optional)
• 1 bottle of Chili Sauce
• ½  tsp of cumin
• 2 Tbsp of Chili powder
• 1 Tbsp of BBQ sauce
• ½ tsp of Black Pepper, and Red Pepper Flakes
• 1 large Jar of Better Made Salsa
• 1 package of Better Made Potato Sticks
• 1 15.5-ounce package Better Made tortilla chips

Combine Brooks Chili mix, BBQ and chili sauce, with all the dry seasoning ingredients chili powder, cumin, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Let boil then add cooked ground meat and let simmer until thickened or desired consistency.

For Salad
Layer the bottom of serving dish with lettuce, onions (optional) top with chili / ground beef mix, tomatoes, and cheese.  Just before serving, add Better Made Potato Chip Sticks, tossing to combine with other ingredients.  Top each serving with salsa. Serve with Better Made Tortilla Chips

Absolutely Delicious Potato Casserole

• 1 Family size bag Better Made Original Potato Chips (crushed)
• 8oz Sour Cream
• 8oz mild shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 large bag of hash brown potatoes
• 2 sticks of butter (melted)
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 medium onion (chopped and stir-fried until caramelized)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put entire bag of hash brown potatoes in a large ungreased baking pan. Pour one stick of melted butter over the potatoes. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese and onion. Pour mixture on top of potatoes. Completely cover mixture with crushed potatoes chips. Pour second stick of melted butter over crushed potato chips. Put casserole in oven for 1 hour until bubbly and brown.

Crunchy Tomato Macaroni Bake

• 1 Pound lean ground beef
• 2 celery stocks chopped
• 3 cups Elbow Macaroni (cooked)
• 1 large can diced tomatoes
• 1 small can tomato sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Better Made regular chips (set aside)

Brown ground beef and celery with salt and pepper, drain off excess grease. Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Pour cooked macaroni into large sprayed baking dish Add your ground beef mixture and stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour Top with Better Made Chips. Everyone will love this simple cold weather dish.

Better Made Pretzel Jello

• 1 package Bettermade Pretzel Rods - crushed
• 1 ½ sticks butter or margarine
• 3 tbs. sugar
• 8oz. cream cheese
• 2 C frozen whipped topping
• 2/3 C sugar
• 2 3oz. pkg. Strawberry Gelatin
• 2 10 oz pkg. frozen strawberries - (drain if in syrup)
• 2 C Boiling water

Melt margarine or butter mix with 3 tbs. sugar add to crushed pretzels. Press mix into a 9 x 13 glass pan. Bake at 350 for 8 – 10 minutes. Cool completely.   Whip cream cheese, 2/3 cup sugar, topping together. Spread over pretzel crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.   Mix gelatin with 2 cup boiling water. Add strawberries. Thicken slightly in fridge. When slightly thickened pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate another 2 hours or until set.
