Potato Chip Cookies

  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups slightly crushed Better Made potato chips
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheets. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 12 minutes.

Better Made Potato Chip Cookies

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 cups crushed Better Made potato chips

Cream butter and margarine. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour. Mix well. Then fold in potato chips. Put teaspoon of dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes. Do not brown. Cool slightly. Shake in plastic bag with confectionary sugar. Enjoy!

Potato Chip & Pecan Crunch Cookies

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1/2 cup crushed Better Made Chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add chips & nuts to flour and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture. Form into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 350 degrees oven 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Potato Chip Cookies

  • 2 cups unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of Better Made chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour gradually. Beat until combined. Then beat in vanilla. Stir in potato chips and nuts. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Drop by tablespoon on ungreased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Then use glass dipped in sugar to flatten. Bake 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Place on wire rack to cool. Makes 5 Dozen.

Easy Crunchy Chip Ice Cream

  • 2 quarts half and half cream
  • 1/2 pint heavy cream
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups crushed Better Made potato chips

Combine all ingredients in ice cream container and then follow manufacturer's instructions. Enjoy!
