In the series, A Michigan Governor is forced to make tough decisions after she's elected to move the state into a brighter future, which is wrought with despair and political upheaval. The series is directed by Sean H. Robertson, and Assisted Directed by Rio Scafone, who also starred as public defender Linda Stevens in Detroit 187. The show cheerfully promotes Michigan as a “must visit/live-in state”, as well as spotlighting its world class citizens, products, and services throughout the series.
